HZ777 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and HZ777 ("HZ777", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the HZ777 platform, website, and all associated services including online casino, cricket betting, sports betting, crash games, Ludo games and slots, accessible at hz777.im.

4. Deposits

HZ777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved at any point. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit on HZ777 is Rs 200. There is no fee applied by HZ777 on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — HZ777 has no control over and does not benefit from any such third-party fee.

The minimum withdrawal on HZ777 is Rs 500. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically completed within one hour during standard banking hours.

Conditions that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your HZ777 account must be fully verified, including identity and payment method confirmation if requested.

• HZ777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events with clearly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full to the player's balance.

• HZ777's decisions on bet settlement are final and made in accordance with the rules published at the time the bet was placed.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HZ777 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit any promotional offer.
• Opening more than one account on HZ777, or accessing HZ777 using an account registered to another person.

• Attempting to launder money or use HZ777 for any transaction related to illegal activity.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

HZ777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is a reasonable basis to believe that the Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that operating the account creates legal or regulatory risk for HZ777.

When an account is suspended, the following process applies:

• The player will be notified via the registered email address where possible.
• Pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.
• If the account is cleared of any violation, it will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed.
• If a violation is confirmed, any real-money funds not tainted by the violation will be returned to the player after the investigation concludes, minus any amounts owed to HZ777.
